Summer opening hours

Don′t worry, the library doesn′t close in the summer either! We′re just temporarily adjusting our opening hours until the new semester starts again. Check the schedule below to see how the University Library will be open during the summer.

Borrow books from the lending desk and study rooms for the entire summer!

We are currently lending books from the lending desk with summer loan periods until Wednesday, 23 September 2026.

You will be able to borrow books from the faculty study rooms for the entire summer from Wednesday, 17 June 2026.

To return borrowed books during the summer, please use the bibliobox outside the entrance to the main building of the University Library (Bráfova st. 3), or outside the faculty study rooms..

Please note that there will be no checkout service for ordered documents in selected faculty study rooms during July and August.
