Beey: Automatic transcription tool
UO employees are granted access to Beey.io,, a service that offers automatic transcription of recordings and allows for later editing of the transcribed text. The service provides features for segmenting the transcription by individual speakers, recognising them in the audio, and performing automatic translation. As a result, it's ideal for transcribing interviews, meetings, and other recordings. Transcription is currently offered in Czech, English, Russian, German, and Polish.
Registration
University of Ostrava employees can request access to the Beey tool individually. To gain access, please email the Office for Research and Artistic Activities at , and kindly provide an estimated number of transcription hours required with your request.
